Al & Beth // South Place Hotel Wedding
This South Place Hotel wedding was a slick, sophisticated London affair. The reception was held at the quirky South Place Hotel on a roof terrace that overlooked the city of London. Wedding guests were treated to some of the most delicious wedding food laid on by the Angler Restaurant (Michelin starred- of course!) and kept well hydrated at the Aperol Spritz bar (seriously every wedding should have one of these).
Bridal prep took place in Beth’s converted old school house flat, nestled in her beloved Brixton. Beth was keen to walk through Brixton Market on the way to the wedding. If you’ve ever been to Brixton Market you’ll know it’s a mad fusion of restaurants, shops, stalls and people. As Beth walked into the market she was met with hundreds of diners who quickly erupted into spontaneous applause- a pretty awesome moment!
The Barbican was the backdrop for the couple portraits. Strong architecture, beautiful light, bold lines and this beautiful pair, what more could you want? Even the crazy summer showers couldn’t deter us. This wedding was definitely one to remember, thanks for having us along to capture it. Here are a few highlights.
