A Year in the Making // Twenty Nineteen
I’ve said it before and I’ll probably say it again, where did that year go? I can hardly believe it’s time again to settle down with a seasonally appropriate beverage and gather my thoughts whilst looking over some of our favourite wedding moments of 2019.
First off the bat, to each and every one of our 2019 couples, you were simply IMMENSE!! Thank you so much for being so creative, funny, beautiful, genuine and altogether fabulous! It was so much fun being there to share in all of your ‘big days’. You guys are what makes our work the most rewarding job in the world!
Behind the scenes, 2019 has tended to inhabit a place where a surplus of adrenaline and a deficit of sleep collide! I’m not gonna lie, going back to work 6 months after having our twins Olive & Ruby was never going to be a walk in the park (…although there have been many of those!) But as is often the way, the most satisfying victories tend to be those hardest fought & having 2 funny bubbas to show for it really is the best.
We’ve had such an amazing time shooting our 2019 weddings. From the rain soaked streets of London to the 47 degree heat of France, 2019 really has had it all and getting to share every moment of it with my BFF and favourite camera nerd [Pete] has been the absolute best!
We really can’t wait to get the 2020 show on the road and if you’re reading this as one of our 2020 couples, we’re incredibly excited to meet you soon and make y’all look like a million dollars!
Happy 2019 folks and here’s to an amazing 2020! xx
